1. Eligibility
Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase if:
- The Service failed to function as described
- A billing error occurred
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not provided for:
- Dissatisfaction with generated insights
- User error in CSV uploads
- Misinterpretation of results
- Change of mind
AI outputs are subjective and exploratory by nature.
3. How to Request a Refund

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method.
4. Payment Processors
Refunds are subject to Stripe or Lemon Squeezy processing rules.
